RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At SSG Cases we take great care in manufacturing quality purpose fit products to ensure customer satisfaction.
- We offer a 2 year warranty on all products.
- If a SSG product fails (during the first 2 years after purchase) fails under normal use to any defect in material, hardware or workmanship, we will (at our own discretion) either replace or repair the product free of charge.
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, carelessness, negligence or normal wear & tear.
- Items should be returned to the dealer where purchased with a proof of purchase for warranty service to apply.
- No returns/exchanges will be considered if the products have been branded or altered.
- Any costs incurred (courier etc) on returned/exchanged items will be for the customer’s/dealer’s own account.
- Goods returned/exchanged from the dealer must be unsoiled, i.e. no stains, marks, etc.
- No returns will be accepted without the corresponding invoice.
- Goods returned from the dealer after 14 days will be charged with a 10% handling fee.
