Shipping Areas
SSG Cases proudly serves customers across South Africa and now offers international shipping. We ship our premium firearm cases and bags to all provinces within the country and to most destinations worldwide.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched from our factory in Rayton, Gauteng during our business hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Orders received after 2:00 PM may be processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We use trusted local and international courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly. Typical delivery timeframes are as follows:
- Gauteng & Surrounding Areas: 1-2 business days
- Major Cities (Cape Town, Durban, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, etc.): 2-4 business days
- Rural or Remote Areas: 4-7 business days, depending on courier service availability
- International Orders: Delivery times vary significantly by destination. An estimated timeframe will be provided at checkout. Please note that these estimates do not account for potential delays caused by customs processing in your country.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You will see the exact shipping cost during checkout before confirming your purchase. For international orders, please be aware that shipping costs do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These additional charges are the recipient's responsibility and are levied by the destination country's customs office.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking page, so you can monitor your shipment's progress until it arrives at your doorstep.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have specific shipping requirements or restrictions. These will be clearly indicated on the product page or during checkout. For all international shipments, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product can be legally imported into the destination country. Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes, and a physical address is required to ensure reliable delivery.
Failed Delivery & Returns to Sender
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the recipient does not collect the parcel from the courier’s depot within the specified time, the package may be returned to SSG Cases. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery. If an international shipment is returned due to unpaid customs fees or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges, return shipping fees, and any other associated costs.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
